Club Cool at EPCOT: Free International Coke Samples (Including Beverly)
Club Cool is a free Coca-Cola tasting lounge in EPCOT's World Celebration area — sample 8 international Coke products at no charge, including the infamous Beverly. A 5-minute can't-miss EPCOT stop.
Club Cool is one of EPCOT’s most-overlooked freebies: a Coca-Cola-sponsored tasting lounge where guests sample 8 international soft drinks at no cost. Park admission is the only requirement; you can drink as much as you want from the self-serve dispensers. It’s a 5-minute stop that consistently lands on first-time visitors’ “wait, that was free?” lists at the end of an EPCOT day.
Where to find it
Club Cool was relocated in 2021 as part of the major EPCOT transformation. The original location (next to the demolished Innoventions West building) is gone. The new Club Cool sits in Communicore Hall in the World Celebration area — just past Spaceship Earth on your right as you enter the park, in the central plaza zone.
What you’ll taste
Disney rotates the lineup periodically, but the long-standing core selection includes:
- Beverly (Italy) — the infamous one. A non-alcoholic bitter aperitif designed to stimulate appetite before a meal. It’s intensely bitter; first-time tasters routinely make memorable faces. Have your camera ready if you’re sending someone else over to try it.
- Mezzo Mix (Germany) — Coca-Cola mixed with orange flavor. Most-like-Coke of the international samples, plus a clear orange undertone.
- Krest Ginger Ale (Mozambique) — closest to American ginger ale. The “safe” pick for guests who don’t want surprises.
- Lift Apple (Mexico) — apple-flavored soda. Sweet, fruity, kid-friendly.
- Kinley Lemon (Israel) — sweeter lemon soda, similar to a lemon Sprite.
- Smart Watermelon (China) — watermelon-flavored soda. Polarizing.
- Fanta Kolita (Costa Rica) — sweet, fruity, with a strong cherry undertone.
- Sparkling Apple-Aloe or similar rotating flavor — the lineup includes one or two seasonal swaps over the year.
The dispensers run all 8 flavors continuously. Take small samples in the provided cups — there’s no limit on how many cups you can fill, but the bitter of Beverly is best tasted in very small sips.
Why it works as an EPCOT stop
- Free in a park where everything else costs. EPCOT food + dining + ticket prices add up; Club Cool resets the value impression mid-day.
- 5 minutes total. No line typically, in-and-out tasting, no commitment.
- Memorable for kids. Kids who’ve never tried foreign sodas will rate Club Cool as one of the trip’s surprise highlights.
- AC + bathroom break. The space is air-conditioned with restrooms in the adjacent corridor.
- Tradition. The Beverly tasting is a multi-generational Disney tradition. Parents who grew up trying Beverly in the 1990s now bring their kids for the same wince.
Our advisors’ tips
- Start with Beverly. Get the bitter one out of the way first; everything else tastes sweeter by comparison.
- Don’t drink full cups of every flavor. Small samples are the move. You’ll burn out fast.
- Pair with a Festival kiosk crawl. Club Cool is a 30-second walk from the World Showcase entrance. Stop here for the freebie, then walk into Showcase for a Festival drink at one of the kiosks.
- No reservation needed. Just walk in.
- Available year-round — Club Cool doesn’t close for seasonal events or refurbishments.
- Lineup may rotate — Disney has updated the international flavors a few times since 2021. Check the dispensers as you arrive; the country of origin is labeled on each.
