Is this really free?
Yes. Main Street Magic is paid by Disney as a commission when you book through us — it costs you exactly the same as booking direct, except you also get a dedicated planner who handles the entire trip. No fees, no markups, no upsells.
What if I'm just exploring?
That's the most common reason people fill out this form. Tell us what you're considering, and we'll send back honest options — even if it's "this isn't the right time" or "a different resort would suit you better." You owe us nothing.
How quickly will I hear back?
Within one business day, usually within a few hours. Your inquiry routes to a real planner based on your destination and travel style — not a call center.
What information should I include?

Can I keep my existing reservation?
